We’ve been with Statefarm for over 25 years and we are really happy with the service provided to us. "Jaymi and the team in Pacifica are the reason you go with a company like State Farm that has local reps. They know you, they work with you, and they're amazingly helpful. We really couldn't ask for a better team.
Recently, there was some confusion with the company about our roof and whether it needed to be replaced. Jaymi put in a lot of time and effort on our behalf to argue that there was no need, and eventually our policy was renewed.
We're happy with State Farm the company, but overall there's probably not a lot of difference between them and big competitors. But there's definitely a big difference when you have people locally who can help you out."
